If you are facing "The site is unreachable" issue when trying to access Student E-Portal, we suggest that you try the different methods of accessing the Student E-Portal as listed below:

Method 1: Use your Mobile Phone with Data only (turn off Wi-Fi)
  1. Turn off the Wi-Fi on your Mobile Phone.
  2. Make sure that the Data is connected.
  3. Open your preferred browser, e.g. Google Chrome, Mozilla Firefox, Safari, etc.
  4. Try to access Student E-Portal
Method 2: In your computer, use an Incognito/Private/InPrivate Window
  1. Open your preferred browser, e.g. Google Chrome, Mozilla Firefox, Safari, etc.
  2. Open an Incognito/Private/InPrivate window/tab in your browser.
  3. Try to access Student E-Portal using this window/tab.
Method 3: In your computer, clear you browser’s cache
  1. Open your preferred browser, e.g. Google Chrome, Mozilla Firefox, Safari, etc.
  2. Clear your browser’s cache.
