Method 1: Use your Mobile Phone with Data only (turn off Wi-Fi)

- Make sure that the Data is connected.
- Open your preferred browser, e.g. Google Chrome, Mozilla Firefox, Safari, etc.
- Try to access Student E-Portal

Method 2: In your computer, use an Incognito/Private/InPrivate Window
- Open your preferred browser, e.g. Google Chrome, Mozilla Firefox, Safari, etc.
- Open an Incognito/Private/InPrivate window/tab in your browser.
- Try to access Student E-Portal using this window/tab.

Method 3: In your computer, clear you browser’s cache
- Open your preferred browser, e.g. Google Chrome, Mozilla Firefox, Safari, etc.
- Clear your browser’s cache.
